Mobilecomputing.net.au Pty Ltd (MC) will not use any private information for any purpose other than the agreed transmission of reminders to your patients. MC may contact you from time to time for reasons including marketing, but will not disclose any information about you to any other party without your consent.
MC will make all reasonable efforts to secure your data. Where access to your data is protected by a password it is your responsibility to keep that password secure. All communications between your computers and Remindr are protected by industry standard encryption methods.
You agree that no legal action will be taken against MC, its director or employees for any loss pertaining to this system.
